Box containing large amount of correspondence between Stephen Hattersley (SJH - Director of Drama) and others about the building of the Layard Theatre. includes plans and some submissions from proposals that weren't accepted.

30 Jan at 3pm The programme states 'We are met here today to do honour to those who have died'. It seems very general and it's not clear what prompted the service.

Service held on Sunday 7th June 1964, the day after Speech Day. Nothing special about the service itself, except that the preacher was the bishop of Portsmouth Donated by John Boys

Original hard copies of the assembly talks given by Richard Knott, Deputy Head. Most follow the pattern of anecdote + moral. There are about 70 assembly talks and 10 chapel talks, although some of the more recent assembly talks are repetitions of earlier ones.
