Cine transfer by Excelsior Film and video. The original cine boxes say 'Golf and Canford' on one with an address: RH Moore, High Bank, Headswell Crescent, Bournemouth The second one includes 'Cock House hockey match Wimborne v Beaufort 4-5'. The only time Beaufort won the hockey cup pre-war was 1932/3 when they did beat Wimborne in the final, but by 2-0. Golf: location, participants and connection to Canford uknown ;2.30 Athletics at Canford (running, high jump, relay race; 4.15 CCF Band; 4.35 Speech Day riding display ; 6.10 presentation of prizes;6.25 hockey Speech Day riding display matched exactly photos from the late 1930s Possibly the cine film donated by William Hine-Haycock (F36) mentioned in one of his letters (BX30-32)
